How to Reach

Option 1: Fly to Bali and then take a ferry to Lombok

Opting for a direct flight to Bali significantly reduces travel time, typically taking around 7-8 hours. This is half the duration compared to flying directly to Lombok, which often involves layovers.

Upon reaching Bali, a ferry ride to Lombok awaits, spanning approximately 40–45 minutes.

Option 2: Direct flight to Lombok International Airport

Traveling from India to Lombok usually involves flights lasting between 12 and 15 hours, often with layovers in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.

Travel Tip: Based on our observations, departing from Chennai for international flights tends to offer more budget-friendly options compared to direct flights from other major cities like Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, or Hyderabad.

Commencing your journey from Chennai could potentially save you between Rs 5,000-7,000. Additionally, by splitting your travel and booking separate legs, there’s a chance to save an extra approximate amount of Rs 1,500.

Upon arrival at Lombok International Airport, transportation to your accommodation in Sembalun and return is arranged, eliminating the need for additional expenses on Day 1.

Note: If bookings are made several months in advance, airfare costs typically range between approximately Rs 38,000 to Rs 45,000.
