Monsoon (July to September): The monsoon season brings rainfall to the region, which can make the trek challenging and increase the risk of landslides. Therefore, it is generally not recommended to trek during this period due to safety concerns. The trails can become slippery, and the views may be obscured by clouds. However, if you are an experienced trekker who enjoys the lush greenery and can manage unpredictable weather, you can consider trekking during the early or late monsoon season with caution.

Autumn (October): The autumn season is another favourable time to visit the Ali Bedni Bugyal Trek. The temperatures start to cool down, ranging from 10°C to 20°C (50°F to 68°F). The skies are clear, providing excellent visibility and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The autumn season is also less crowded compared to the summer months, allowing for a more peaceful and serene trekking experience.
