Counter-Notification

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the District Court Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or an agent of that person.

Please note that we will forward your counter-notification to the party that submitted the original notice, and that party will have 10 business days to file a lawsuit against you seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material in question.
Repeat Infringers
Hello Hikers may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. If you believe that a user of the Site is a repeat infringer, please follow the procedures above to report copyright infringement.
Changes to this Copyright Policy
Hello Hikers reserves the right to change this Copyright Policy at any time. We will post any changes to this Policy on the Site, and the revised Policy will be effective immediately upon such posting.
